New Installation was done at new home in 2009, from the onset everything was wrong - second hand aluminuim used, wrong designs, incorrect sizes - installer left holes and unsightly scratches in aluminum, Inso told us if we accepted\r\nthis they would compensate us with 3x skylights – As we were building bit by bit (financial reasons) we were promised a final service of all windows + skylights, whenever the house was complete. 12/9/11 final service done (note: which is also unfinished) but now Inso refuses to supply us the skylights. They say this agreement was with the old owners. We were never informed of new ownership and were always under the impression our dealings were with INSO Aluminium not a specific owner.\r\n\r\nStill to date front windows are unrepaired. We know that time has lapsed but an agreement was put in place from the onset and the only reason we accepted the poor workmanship was because the promise (supply of skylights) to compensate the bad installation. This would not have been accepted if we knew INSO Aluminium would default on their promise. This is the main entrance to our home, the poor workmanship is an eyesore on an upmarket home in an upmarket area.
