I was using fasttrack for longtime. But recently the services has come down badly. I have been affected more than 10 time by cancelling the service without intimation. I am working in HCL and I have placed lot of service orders. Seall the time I came to know the cancellation of services only after I call them before half an hour from pick up time. I have been put up in miserable situations due to not reacing on time for meeting. Yesterday was my worst experiance, I have booked for pick up and drop in two different booking numbers well in advance by 5 hrs. I came to that pick up has been cancelled only when I made a call asking for driver number. Cab booked for drop was by 9pm but the records were 9.30 pm. I was on street with my mom and in-laws without any cab for pick up. They assigned a driver after bad fight with them wasting several calls to contact desk and their supervisors. Even the assigned driver also routed to someotherr location when that driver was nearing my pick up place. the time was already 9.30. After notorius fight the cab was allocated and we reached home by 11. Such kind of service in a miserable situation made us mad leaving the old ones helpless. Really disappointed with the service.
