Respected sir/madam,
I recently had a Christmas picture taken of my family. My appointment was at 10:30am on a Saturday morning. We did not get to take the pictures until 11:30am. not to mention they only had one camera and a line of people. When I checked out the lady said my pictures will be up to view on there website with my session number. But give 72 hours. It is Friday now and NO PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE. I am very angry that I paid that amount of money and the service was horrible. The photographer was very professional and was in such a hurry she really just did what she wanted. I spoke up though. I spent money on this pictures and I want to see them NOW. I have sent 2 emails, called customer service, a joke, and waited an hour each time and NEVER spoke to anyone. This is horrible service and I will not be back there again.
