Zumba Fitness Send Email
No notification about balance expiring
Respected sir/madam,
I am extremely disappointed with the way Zumba has handled business with me. At Fall last year, I have registered to attend a Zumba instructor training but unfortunately could not, because i had a major surgery done. So, I called Zumba and notified them that I would not be able to attend the training and would have to put that balance on hold for future training. So, one year later I haven\\\\t heard from them...the only things that I would get would be advertisements to buy their things and so on. NEVER got a notification email saying my account balance would expire. Humm..I wonder why. Perhaps they would love to keep my money. Well, today, just got a notification saying that it has expired. Somehow this notification \\\"made its way\\\" to my inbox. I called their customer service and they LIED to me saying that they have send THREE notification emails alerting me about this matter. I told them I have not gotten anything from them, and they kept on telling me they did send so. Basically they were calling me a liar.\r\nPlease stay away from this company. They really careless about you and just want your money. It is sad that companies out there have absolutely no idea of what good business is all about.
