Terrible Service/Tru-Color is Misleading
Respected sir/madam,
Although wigs.com offers very friendly service BEFORE the sale, good luck if you get caught in the situation I did where their \\\\Tru-color\\\\ representation of their wig colors online is so far off that you get a color that is the opposite of what you thought you had ordered. The customer service manager, Lucas, is a rude, incompetent, amazingly non-customer service-oriented person who has NO interest whatsoever in working to keep customer relationships. Even though the wig I received was a totally different color than represented, and the customer service representative agreed that they had misrepresented it dramatically justifying them waiving my shipping fees and restocking fees so I could return it, the manager refused to take any responsibility or be accommodating in any way. He was insolent, rude, snotty and extremely childish. I have no interest in ever working with this company again it is clear that you cannot trust them. Buyer beware!!
