return of vacuum
Respected sir/madam,
I have an issue with the Garry Vacuum return policy. I called them about two weeks ago and told them my Garry Vac wasn\\\\t working right. They told me that they would replace it, cause it has a lifetime warranty with it. The representative informed me their would be a one time fee of 50.00 shipping both ways ( to and from). In the box it said to peel off address label on the invoice, but I didn\\\\t get one. When I called customer service the woman that I was talking to spoke with a heavy accent, hard to understand. I ask to talk to someone else, even a supervisor and she would not transfer me. She was not answering my questions and kept giving me excuses for not transfering me. Because she would not transfer me, I finally hung up. I e-mailed them instead. I know for a fact that it doesn\\\\t cost 50.00 bucks for shipping one way. Please help ASAP Marianne Bietz
