Respected sir/madam,
I bought a pay as you go Orange France phone from the Carphone Warehouse in Paris as they were recognisable brands that I knew from Britain. I brought all the correct documentation such as proof of address and ID that is required in order to buy the phone. Had it paid for, added top up and set up by the staff.\r\n\r\nAfter a month I received a message when I tried to ring out saying that my line had been cut. I took all the documentation, receipt etc back to the initial place I bought it. They said that the documentation had not been supplied to Orange which is unusual as in order for them to sell me the phone I had to supply it. So they rung Orange and my line was back on.\r\n\r\nThe next day my line was cut again, I contacted Orange directly regarding the line, faxed them the documentation again. The line was brought back after 24hours however 24 hours later the line was cut again. So I rung Orange immediately the customer service agent said that he would contact his manager. The line has since not been reestablished and I have not been contacted by Orange since. Now when my friends try to contact me it says that my phone number is no longer in existence.\r\n\r\nOrange France customer service\\\\s inability to communicate or resolve the problem is shocking. The customer service agent did not tell me the exact problem, they did not return contact regarding the line. They should go for customer service training at 02.\r\n\r\nThe whole point of pay as you go is to buy the phone and it actually works.
