Respected sir/madam,
Do not call this company unless you like being excessively overcharged . You will be very upset if you do busness w/ them. It cost me $322.00 for a 15 minute job (installing a cut-off valve under my kitchen sink.) I had no idea how long or iinvolved a job it was until I sat there and watched him - no time at all and he was finished. This seems to be the biggest complaint -I wondered if I had hired plumbers with master degree from college. I have complained with the Better Business Bureau and the response from Amy\\\\s is to refund the service call which is $79.00. They refused to tell how much they charge an hour and what they charge for the part. BEWARE!!
