Tried to cancel order in Sept.2011. Called 800-4341962 This is the number on bank statement. Spoke with a operator at company said that they would e-mail me a link to print and mail back to them to cancel my order. I never received the e-mail, search in spam file also. Have tried to cancel each month, Sept, Oct., Nov, and now again in Dec. I am being charged $49.98 for 1/2ounce of ResDermatrol each month. This is a total now of $199.92 This is not right. I sent a registered letter to this company demanding cancelation of product. or my attorney will be handling it. I know that I will have to pay legal fees, but it is worth it. This company should not be allowed to do this to anyone else.
