I have a final note to add concerning the defective android tablet I received from your vendor.\r\nCuriously it contained settings that required the user to take out a contract with a Chinese\r\nbased phone service in order to obtain phone related services on the device. This is rather\r\ncurious because, as you may already know, the Chinese government actively monitors both\r\ntelephone and internet services for crimes against the Chinese government. I believe that this\r\nis a violation of my rights as a US citizen and frankly this situation would suggest to me that\r\nthe Chinese believe we are at War with them. It is frankly a rather aggressive act to surreptitiously\r\nmonitor the personal communications of your trading partners. Are we at war with China????\r\nIf not, then why do the Chinese feel free to force the American consumer to sign onto Chinese\r\nphone/internet services where their private communications will be monitored by Chinese\r\nmilitary/secret services officials?\r\n\r\nPlease refer the matter onto the State Department or the Dept. of Homeland Security. If you\r\nfail to do so, I will be contacting the US secret service about the matter. This is a serious\r\nmatter and not a lame customer complaint. Meanwhile, I am unable to remove my confidential\r\naccount information from the broken android device and will be forced to change all of my\r\npasswords to protect myself against Chinese hackers (who will receive the broken android and\r\nlike extract whatever personal data that they can from me)..\r\n\r\nThank you for reading this message.
