I received a letter in the mail today 12/10/2011 saying that if i send 19.99 to this address Po Box. something in New York they will award me 1,400,000.00 dollars if i complete the Identification release form which they also sent.. THIS IS A RIP OFF!! This paper has no phone number to contact them with any questions.. Just a po box. His name on the paper is Richard Richards (funny) It states to either send check, money order or CASH.. It is P O BOX 433, Plainview, NY 11803-433... DON\"T SEND THEM ANY MONEY REPORT IS ASAP
