Respected sir/madam,
I purchased on-line from this company goods to the value of €234.80 and have never received the goods. I have sent emails to the company with no response. I finally received a response when I told them I had contacted a German Court to take action, this I did not actually do, this worked and I received a reply, attached. Since then I have not received anything from them despite sending many emails requesting my money back as i have now obtained the items from another place. This I feel is fair as they have failed to provide me with the goods in a reasonable time scale. I am now trying to get the money I paid to them returned to my bank account and all requests of this have been ignored.\r\nI do hope you are able to help.
