Fifth Third Bank Send Email
Doubled Final Balance
Respected sir/madam,
I\\\\m in the final year of a 5 year finance agreement with Fifth Third Bank. They financed my car. My husband just called to get a payoff amount and they told him that we owe exactly DOUBLE our actual balance. Nobody can provide a payment history or explain how this is possible. When I calm down I will have to seek a resolution. Any ideals on where to start?
