I ordered a faucet on sale. Order was cancelled. I contacted merchant & reinstated the order. Merchant confirmed product was in stock. Merchant charged my AMEX & refused to honor the order. (I know AMEX will issue refund if I request, but I want product).\r\nI requested a comparable discount on a comparable item and was told no.\r\nI was told that they had no obligation to honor order (even if it had been paid) or offer a discount on comparable item.\r\nMerchant is disreputable.\r\nProceed with caution.\r\nscott@mexic.org
