Respected sir/madam,
I have been buying cigarettes from this company for several months now but on my last order 10/15/2011, confirmation of shipment by Harald Goodman 10/17/2011 that it has shipped. I have never seen my order & I have sent several emails to that company with no response. Needless to say they have not refunded my money or sent me any proof of anyone signing for them. I believe they have changed their website to discount-cigarettes-store.com. I went on their website and put in my login but said not valid.\r\nAll I want is what I ordered or a refund of $344.40 Order #2135. I suggest that NO ONE shop on those 2 sites unless you want to be ripped off.
