Respected sir/madam,
On November 27th, 1997 i had Surgery- Arthroscopic surgery on my knee. I Was treated for A knee problem for about six months without success. Doctor Lebowicz is an orthopedic doctor who also does surgery. The operation took place at st. Peters hospital in new Brunswick New Jersey. I had no reason to think that doctor Libowicz would have any cause to harm me in any way but he did. The surgery was to include a spinal rather than Anesthesia since a Business Associate of mine had died while being administered to by a dentist with a heart Attack. He was under Anesthesia and did not have a bad heart. But did have a heart Attack that killed him.\r\n\r\nOn the day of the Operation i was introduced to the anesthesiologist who seemed very Professional an executive type. i thought at the time. He did not look like some type of medical technician but someone who you might meet during a business meeting. I was waiting for the spinal but instead was given intravenous, when i asked why, there was no answer. i went to sleep without knowing i was sleeping. I awoke without knowing that the operation was accomplished. When i asked the doctor when they were going to operated he just pointed to my knee. I felt very good at the time and no reason to Suspect any wrong doing except that he gave me anesthesia without my consent. and i also wondered why the procedure took so long, over 3 hours. These questions where never answered and while the Knee had never quite healed, i was satisfied that i could preform My job without too much pain.\r\n\r\nAbout two years later i began to realize that when i was alone i really Wasn’t. There seemed to be someone else observing what i was doing, and i Couldn’t figure out how this was happening. It was as if i had a partner With me part of the day. What i saw my partner saw and what i said was observed by others who were not Around to listen to what i was saying or doing. When i would say or do something i could hear a low humming sound Emanating from near me but i could no quite identify exactly where it was Emanating from.\r\n\r\nI did realize that when in an area without windows this was not happening and i could only Summarize that i was being invaded by someone or something but what and who and for what reason, this i could not answer. This Constant Harassment got worse when Obama was elected and now i was beginning to Believe that a federal agency was probably involved. I do remember that when i visited doctor Richard Lebovicz, he said very little and Seemed to want me to leave the office without much Said. He seemed to look guilty and was not the same individual i knew before the Operation.\r\n\r\nWith Obama in office i seemed To be invaded much more Frequently and certainly without cause. I never once thought that the FBI was involved but again who would have the expertise to perform an operation like implanting a chip in both my eyes except someone who was Familiar with performing this type of subversive activity and that would have to be the CIA or FBI who else would do this And again for what reason.\r\n\r\nI had had Enough and went into New York for a cat scan And MRI. The eye doctor did not have any Experience with chips in the eye and seemed to be preoccupied With person Problems. He said there was nothing wrong. Yet i knew different. The negatives were supplied to me but for some Reason i did not check them and put them away.\r\n\r\nOne day for some reason i started to go over my medical information and saw the x-rays, not remembering i had them i decided to put them under some bright Lights in the Kitchen. What i saw amazed me, a chip in My cornea, how could the eye doctor not have Seeen it. My neurologist on discussing My reason headaches decided to have a MRI of my globs and an MRA of my veins and arteries, which for about a month were pulsating Without cause. since i Had never known what it was to have headaches i went to the radiologist with my x-rays since they needed them since i Complained that i felt and saw something in my Cornea. As soon as the front desk looked at the x-rays she pointed to the item and Simply said “there it is”. They then decided to make Dups of the x-rays and gave the originals back to me.\r\n\r\nToday 5 days later i again looked at the x-rays and found not only one eye but both my eyes had these specs, how did i miss it the first time i don’t know?
