I hired Daniel Rossetti to do his part in installing Air Conditioner. He requested $1, 800 for the job. This seemed like a much higher cost that this job could cost, but he refused to go down in price. Time was of essence so I agreed. He then requested 50% up front which I paid. He called number of times with different problems that he incurred while getting permit for the job. Then our neighbor complained on Saturday morning that his water is turned off. Naturally I thought that Dan had turned it off, so I called him and left voice message. After 1/2 hour called again this time stressing out the urge to hear back and correct situation with water. 1, 5 hours later Dan called so MAD, so RUDE that I had to fire him. He didn\\\\t turned down the water, however he didn\\\\t want to discuss situation calmly. He then after two weeks returned us half of original deposit, charging $413.84 for minuscule other job he did and his conversations with inspector, also for buying and then returning materials for his work. Needless to say that first thing he did was recalled his permit. So we got charge for things that we didn\\\\t receive.
