i refinanced with a different bank on nov 23rd 2011 bank of america says they sent my escrow balance refund on dec 8th and\r\ntoday is dec 20th and i have yet to received my refund .bank of america simply is the worst bank, even to refinance they offer the highest percentages and they make you buy points to get the best rates even with high credit scores . i would talk anyone out of\r\nbanking with b of a.\r\n
