Respected sir/madam,
As usual, there are tons of complaints from customers about how crappy Wal-Mart is, well guess what, IT\\\\S ALL TRUE!! The Customer Service at These Wal-Mart Branches in Augusta GA, all SUCK! The Cashiers refuse to bag the groceries or merchandise customers buy- THEY MAKE THE CUSTOMERS DO THE bagging (basically doing their job for them), when customers shop at the store, there is no one in the department to help assist you, if you need to find something or ask a question, and constant Racism towards black customers, and black male employees (firing them for no reason, and using racial slurs towards black customers)... For the life of me, I don\\\\t know why most people continue shopping there, when most people in this Country, complain more about Wal-mart than any business in America!!! I for one, will not shop there anymore, and I recommend others to do the same...\r\n
