Respected sir/madam,
I hit a deer and called American freedom and they said no problem get 2 estimates.The estimates averaged $5300 I submitted them same day to American freedom insurance I then called for 13 days straight and heard same canned response \\\"I will get with the adjuster this afternoon and push it through\\\"I come to find out there is no adjuster they sent my estimate to JMJ body in plainfield Illinois and told them to slash it to bear minimum with cut rate parts and labor! I was then told to go to this shop JMJ 40 miles from my house, I went the office was dirty and unorganized with a little barking dog and a big pile of dog crap right on office floor! I was then told it would be all used or aftermarket parts and no warranty except 1 yr on paint NOTHING ON PARTS??? I walked out and went to where I originally went for estimate clean and professional shop and office Lee Body in Aurora IL and contacted American freedom insurance again telling them of my concerns and they side stepped the issue and stated they wouldn\\\\t pay anymore or use OEM parts. Then they cancelled my insurance when my policy is up stating I was hard to deal with because I wanted my mint condition car to be fixed like it was with OEM parts??!! I had to pay $1387 out of my own pocket just to get my car back to what it was!!Plus even though I have rental car coverage they refused to pay that because I hit a deer and not a car??!! AVOID AMERICAN FREEDOM INSURANCE!!
