I ordered a flower arrangement and upgraded the arrangement from Standard to Premium.\r\nWhen I arrived at the home I sent the flowers to, it was obvious that the standard arrangement\r\nwas delivered and not the premium I paid for. Of the meager 6 roses included in the arrangement,\r\n3 of them were wilted or dead. I called Telefora and was told I would received a 30% discount.\r\nI will never use this company again and will go directly to a local florist in the future.
