VIP Limos Milwaukee Send Email
NO-SHOW to a scheduled service
Respected sir/madam,
I bought a Groupon for the VIP Limo service. I called a month in advance to book my limo for a Friday night. The morning of, I called and emailed VIP Limos to verify our booking and to see if they could have us picked up at another location. I called and emailed MULTIPLE TIMES. Finally, at 7pm (the limo was suppose to pick us up at 9:30pm), I got a hold of the owner who said he COULDN\\\\T GET A HOLD OF THE LIMO DRIVER. Hours went by with the owner not knowing what was going on. 9:30pm came and went and NO LIMO! Finally, I had to call a local Madison company who quickly came and picked us up. On top of having his limo NO SHOW, the owner REFUSED to pay for the replacement limo I got. At first, he even refused to reimburse me for my Groupon!!! THIS COMPANY IS RIDICULOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL!
