Beware!!! Read all the complaints before purchasing from TracFone. They are a rip-off company and I dare you to find one rep who speaks fluent English and can help resolve your issue in less than 30 minutes!!! Deactivated my phone for no reason, told me I had to purchase a new cell phone which I did, then told me they could not transfer my 350 minutes to my new phone. All this took place after approximately 2 hrs on the phone with an Indian, Oriental, or other non American non English speaking Idiot!!! Beware before you buy!!!
