Respected sir/madam,
I paid the owner of this online business Andre` Jacobs 1010.11 Euro on 31st August 2011 for a Rocket Cellini Classic Espresso machine, the amount deposited into the nominated bank account, also included purchase and delivery to Australia.\r\nI have not heard back from this person since the money was deposited.\r\nI have emailed him and he does not answer, and when I phone him in Germany he says he has sent the espresso machine\r\nIt is now January 4th 2012.. and I still have not received my espresso machine, received my money back, or had any contact from this business.\r\nThank you\r\nregards\r\nlynn jones
