I went Bankrupt back in 2004, I also tried very hard to reestablish my credit history, I settled all my credit cards. 5 out of 6 but Capital wont allow a settlement.\r\nI cant seem to get anything off my record, I have filed complaints to the credit departments and they keep telling me I need to send proof, I don\\\\t have them,\r\nI show 3 Judgments that are ALL false:\r\n1- apartment, filed under bankruptcy after having to leave due to my mother almost dying and had to move home to care for her.wont remove it from credit.\r\n2- House- divorced and filed under bankruptcy also, but new bank bought the loan while it was in a bankruptcy, now claiming we owe the money, so they wont remove it it from judgment.\r\n3- Animal hospital, (Animal Clinic Of Northview-North Ridgeville) Paid in full. called and talked to them and they stated they would remove it, 4 yrs later and still hasn\\\\t taken off.\r\nCAPITAL ONE CREDIT CARD!\r\nI have just one credit card left from Capital one, (started at $300 bal) I have made many attempt to offer a settlement offer and they keep denying it, and then they send me to another creditor to try to collect, I also have made an attempt to offer settlement and again denied. Each time I am denied they send me to a new collector, and I always try to settle but they wont except it. The Balance is now over $2000.00 just because they wont except my offer and keep raising the fee\\\\s and penalties. I lost my home due to hardship, my husband has been laid off 11 months from Painters & Allied Local union 505(also stole money from us, )never paid him his over time, time in a half, and tried to 1099 him, He worked 80 hrs and received $1300.00 (Contractor- Muda Construction) never paid over time)he gets $27.36 per hr. he has been black balled from the union and because I filed a claim with the union hall, he can now never get a job with any of the contractors.\r\nWe are renting wanting to buy, but really need to get these things of my credit report, but cant afford to pay for help.
