Respected sir/madam,
James Giovanni, franchise owner, appraised the extent of work to be done in my home. Workers did not arrive at agreed-upon time; workers did not bring cleaning supplies and equipment as promised; workers were not experienced house cleaners, spent an inordinately long time doing simple chores poorly; left my equipment out for me to restore to proper places; left kitchen stove unusable - burners out of place, did not clean grill and griddle, but left them greasy and out of place; left undone many chores that were promised. I was billed for a full day $335 for work that ordinarily one person accomplishes in four hours. Stay away from these folks!
