Dealers #4842, husband and wife, TRISTAR Vacuum Products DO NOT honor their end of their own contract when it is cancelled. I paid $89.95 down payment 11/10/11, submitted a notarized cancellation 11/12/11 and am still waiting for my refund. Their contract states 10 business days to refund...what kind of calendar do they use? DO NOT let these people show you any product. Get one from online for a tenth of the cost of what they ask. They do not have any remorse for their behavior and will stall as they have with me at every turn. I have been told three times they were going to be at my house to return in person my refund...I\\\\M STILL WAITING. It has been nearly two (2) months since this cancellation. SLAM THE DOOR IF THEY APPEAR ON YOUR PORCH. TRISTAR VACUUM is getting a bad reputation through their selling techniques. I will tell everyone I can NOT to purchase through a salesperson representing this company.
