On December 28th, 2011, I ordered the downloadable version of Office 2010 so as the backup DVD through BNP Paribas Fortis Bank (the society in which I\\\\m an employee). I have downloaded the electronic version but I never received the DVD. Please find enclosed my order number so as the invoice related to my command.
