Charged for Nothing
Respected sir/madam,
1. My one-year membership expired in June 2010.\r\n2. I had no intention of renewing my membership because I never used it even on one occasion.\r\n3. I received many calls from their consultants to entice me into renewing my membership.\r\n4. One such consultant phoned me in December, promising that, if I renew my membership, he will give me the Platinum card for the price of R1390 and this premier membership will be valid for 2 years.\r\n5. Because of this, I agreed to renew the membership and I was charged.\r\nNow, I have not received my card or any communication from them since the 17th of December, 2011, which is the date on which my credit card was charged. Effectively, I have paid for nothing. Telephone calls and emails to them are not answered or returned.\r\nTHEREFORE, THEY SHOULD REFUND MY MONEY AND CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP, IF ANY MEMBERSHIP WAS INSTITUTED.
