Respected sir/madam,
I contacted this website when my female husky drank DELSYM, because they said they had \\\"real\\\" vets with \\\"real\\\" answers..\r\nWe asked them what to do blah blah blah and they told us common sence stuff (It was 9pm on a saturday and we have no vets open here on weekends) so we did NOT accept their answer. Next day, I had a charge from their site.. Fine, what ever... 1 month later, there it is again.. I called to ask WHY there was another charge, and they told me that I SIGNED UP FOR MONTHLY INFO! I most certainly did NOT! That the rude man on the phone proceeded to tell me that if I wasn\\\\t expecting to be billed I never should have asked the question and when I referenced their section on no payment for not accepting the answer, he LAUGHED! The only thing \\\"REAL\\\" about this site, is that it\\\\s a \\\"REAL\\\" scam!\r\nHe\\\\s refunding me my money, cancelling my \\\"subscription\\\" and I told him that if I see any thing else from them I am charging them with fraud, laughed and hung up on him. The nerve!
