Respected sir/madam,
I started service with Alltel in September but five days later brought the phone back only to find it became a Verizon\\\\s wireless. I returned the phone but they only returned part of my money. I have called and talked to over 36 different supervisor and a countless number of reps and the low life company is still refusing to pay me the money they owe me. By calling them so many times I am costing them more in phone service then what they owe me. Sooner or later they will get a clue and take care of the bill. I am going to file a claim against them. Good luck if you have service with them. I am now with select wireless who uses Verizon lines but I have no contract and they charge just 44.95 for national unlimited talk and text.
