My brother have a car loan.We have been paying the dues without fail.now we want to sell the car.We are ready to close the loan, My brother is not in UAE and he wont be coming back.so what is the procedure to get the release letter..kindly advice...i checked in your branch at karama where Ms.Zena told that she wont accept any authorisation letter.so kindly advice us how to proceed on this issue..
