Respected sir/madam,
It has been SIX weeks and still no resolution for my problems with Quicken!!! Basically my desk top Quicken 2012 is not communicating completely with Quicken Bill Pay and yet I am charged for using Bill Pay. In any case if I enter a transaction on my desk top Quicken to send to Bill Pay, it does not change status from send to sent but in fact it is sent so it must be changed manually. No big deal easy work around to change that myself. However if I enter a transaction in Bill Pay it does not come back to the desk top. A major problem since I must either enter the transaction in both places or wait till my bank pays to have it reflected on my Quicken. It took several weeks to get the attention of a supervisor at Quicken but once I did, he seemed very interested in helping and finally had a two hour conversation with Bill Pay (yes it seems it is two separate operations in different places). He reported that Bill Pay acknowledged that this was “a known issue”. Ok well how can such a big problem be a known issue to one hand without them telling their own tech support about it????? Might have saved me a lot of time on the phone and might have saved Quicken a lot of staff time finding out. So now what? I have not heard squat beyond “we know it\\\\s an issue”. Nothing at all from Bill Pay!!! So if anyone at Quicken really reads this or if anyone anywhere knows anyone above the “we are sorry you are having difficulty” level, please tell them that their Customer Service is (fill in the blank).
