Taylors installed replacement windows at our property. We had to fight to get them onsite. They did not come when they said they would and rescheduled when we called to ask where they were. They performed additional siding work on a door for which they advised they would send a final invoice and that payment was not due until that invoice was sent. One of the windows installed was crooked, but the installer advised \\\"that was the best he could do\\\" and refused to fix it. We had to have one sash replaced immediately that was poorly made - screws holding latch were stripped. We had to call the installers out again to clean up broken glass in the flower beds... eventually I ended up cleaning up the mess. The final invoice was never sent. Instead, we received an email telling us Taylors was in the process of filing a mechanics lien against us. No phone call. No other correspondence. Just a letter from the attorney.\r\n\r\nDo not use Taylors Windows. You have enough problems in your life
