Respected sir/madam,
On Sunday January 15th 2012, my daughter, grandson and I went to Claim Jumpers to celebrate birthday. My daughter ordered a steak medium rare. When the steak arrived it was very rare. Manager came and argued with daughter re steak and cut into the center to determine doneness, finally took steak to have it cooked further. I ordered a mix of beef and pork ribs. When I recvd the ribs they were piled up like dog bones. I was shocked to see this arrangement. Then as I proceeded to eat I realized that there was very little meat on the ribs and that I had only received beef ribs and no pork ribs. The side dish ordered was 2 or 3? cheese pancakes. These were good tasting, however, they were served in a lake of grease. On the whole this was a very disappointing experience for me. We have eaten at Claim Jumpers before and the food was good. This was an expensive meal and poorly prepared to say the least.\r\nI think Claim Jumpers should reimburse me for my portion of the meal which amounted to $24.99. Marion B. Wiltshire
