RIP OFF maintenance fees collected dishonestly with false collection fees and interest charged when they are not even done on St Maarten... $5 VOLUNTARY ARDA fees when they are FORCED into the payments..plus interest added... Maintenance not done.. no proof of the claims either... Threats of foreclosure after deliberate blocking of entering the unit... with the fees paid.. NINE weeks owed... LIES told to RCI that I had rented out my unit. that I was seriously delinquant in my fees when CLOOBECK had rented my unit to THOMAS COOK CLIENTS FROM GREAT BRITAIN.. i went to meet in my unit...LIES and deceitful tactics now used as he lost twice in the courts in ST MAARTEN.. REVENGE now with threats to take my units...\r\n
