Respected sir/madam,
Purolator is THE worst \\\"delivery\\\" company out there.\r\n\r\nI hesitate to use the word delivery, because they are essentially an inter-warehouse shipping company, and so are about as convenient as using VIA rail to get a parcel to my doorstep. They make ONE attempt at delivery (compared to 3 for FedEx and UPS) and in many or most cases the date of delivery is unpredictable. What is the chance the average joe with a job is going to be home at 1:30pm on a random weekday?\r\n\r\nSo then it goes to the warehouse, which is typically out of the way. Compare this to USPS/Canada Post, with post offices in almost every neighbourhood. So I call in a favour to get a lift to the warehouse and find the time between work-- and am confronted with a 15-person lineup and only one employee. Seeing as purolator doesn\\\\t actually make many deliveries, you would think they could amp up their warehouse staffing. 45 minutes later I get my package.\r\nWhat did I pay for again?\r\n\r\nNext time, postal service will be the first choice, then UPS/FedEx/DHL/any other company, and if my only choice is Purolator then I will no be shipping (in this case, I wouldn\\\\t have made the online purchase).
