premium customer care took $9.99 from my pre pay phone. i enter a sweepstake to win $100 of subways sandwich they ask for my mobile phone to enter then i got a text and was charged $9.99 i called the 1877-707-6088 number he said i agreed to contract. i did no such thing i am on a fix income and my phone is pre paid i really need my money back to make calls.
