Respected sir/madam,
i throught coles was family fisrt well not here in the narrabri store the manager and the 2ic get want they want when they like it how is this fair on eveyone else in the store that work for the company? the manager and 2ic take hoildays first and then when they have taken there holidays they don\\\\t care if anyone else get them as long as they are right that\\\\s all they care about...her husband put in for holidays so he could spend sometime with his daugther and wife as a family before his daugther has to go back to school but they got reject cause the manager is on holidays but she had two weeks off just before chritmas and now another two weeks how is this fair what just cause she is the manager what she has the right before anyone else i don\\\\t think this is fair...oh that right she not the one that has to tell his daugther and then see her face when she start;s crying cause daddy\\\\s work won\\\\t let them spend time with her it break my heart everytime this happen and all his daugther want to do is spend time with her daddy and to top it all off his wife is a very sick woman what happen\\\\s when something happen\\\\s to her and there is no one to help who going to help her... i know her husband would if he could but his always need at coles to lock up cause on one esle will do so please tell me how would you like this if this happen to your family...i know for a fact that his wife has fallen twice and busted her face up and her husband still had to go into work cause no one else will do anything in this store and yes i am a worker of coles and i watch this family go through it all and someone had to say something about it.
