In December my Girl Friend looked online for options to obtain a loan. She completed a online application. The Terms and Conditions of Loan Discovery claims a 7 day cooling off period. If accepted the T & C claim that R399.00 will be taken off via debit order. The debit order went off despite her not knowing the application has been approved for a package to look for a service provider to apply for loans. She thus could not excersize her rights to utilise the 7 day cooling of period and cancel the deal. Loan discovery is now threatening legal action.\r\nTheire entire attitude is one of bullying the consumer into a transaction with them despite not rendering any service per se. The reference at this company of this so called service with my GF is 9521000221262.
