Sounds like a number of us are in the same boat after purchasing this \\\"$99 deal\\\" from Dealfind. C G Cleaning is nothing more than SCAM artists! After having been on the phone with them for the past 3 days, they have continued to LIE and FRAUDULENTLY MISREPRESENT themselves. They have offered one excuse after another for not being able to come out even one time (not to mention the 2x/day as promised in their promotion) for snow removal. After three phone calls on Saturday, I finally got a call back with the promise that someone would be there in 15-20 minutes. HOURS went by, and when I called back again, they said they\\\\d have to check with \\\"the office\\\" about the schedule and would call me back -- big surprise, no call back was made.\r\n\r\nAccording to their website, they are located in Oak Park, IL, but did not even know the suburb right next to Oak Park where I live. I\\\\ve already called Dealfind to demand a full refund and urge all others who have purchased this deal to make the same call as Dealfind said they were not aware of this problem. They need to investigate their merchants alittle more closely before offering their \\\"deals\\\" which they will not be honoring.\r\n\r\nI also plan to report this company to the Better Business Bureau and am also thinking of reporting them to the States Attorney\\\\s office because I just have a hinky feeling that they are ripping people off left and right.
