This company advertised a buy one get one free on wooden pipes. My husband wanted a wooden pipe so I decided to purchase it for our Anniversary. I had him pick it out and he like the one on the LTOanything.com sight because of the shape of the pipe. I ordered and was surprised when I received two pipes that looked completely different then the picture shown! I contacted them right away and they said they\\\\d send me two new ones along with shipping labels to return the others. A month or so passed. I emailed, no response. I called, again said the same thing. Nothing. Our anniversary was in Aug. and now it\\\\s Jan. and I still have them in the original packaging. I even contacted BBB but haven\\\\t heard anything from them. Do not do business with this company!
