Respected sir/madam,
I have been trying to close this account since 7/2011. I have written letters and called numerous times reaching supervisors who told me in no uncertain terms that the account was closed and the final amount credited. Then lo and behold I get another bill...\r\nI can\\\\t deal with them any more. I get put on hold forever while they check and then I get forwarded to the credit/collections number. What a mess?!\r\nMy account # is 200945725 X17\r\nI hope this reaches someone who cares at TTi?.
