Respected sir/madam,
Took some shirts in for dry cleaning, and one of the shirts they completely ruined it. It looked as though it went through a meat machine. They state that the shirt was like that when i brought it in to them. I told them that it was not like that, and further more, it be pointless for me to have a shirt in that condition dry cleaned. The shirt is now a rag. I asked them to pay for the shirt in the amount of $25.00, and he refused. I in turn told him i will take this matter to the proper authorities to deal with this issue. This person name is Javier Diaz, and he claims he is the owner. However the card states him to be the manager. I would like this business to be repermaned, and pay for this ruined shirt that they did.
