Please: 1. Do a study to see how many people get upset/panicked/ nervous from the loud, pulsated music and leave. Do a study!\r\n2. Train your \\\\salespeople\\\\ to sell. They need to be able to help someone locate an item from the internet when given the description, item name and number. They should not shrug their shoulders and say, \\\"I don\\\\t know. I can\\\\t help you.\\\"\r\n\r\nAlso, as I said, the loud, heartbeat panic-attack inducing music is enough to drive people crazy, frantic and longing to just get out of your stores. Do a study! Who does it make buy more, and how many people leave at the very entrance of the store (ask managers) because of the extreme loudness and horrible perfume, and how many more who were intended on shopping leave because it is so loud they can\\\\t think and the salespeople are unwilling to help. The loud music is enough to give people heart attacks, work up a nervous sweat and want to flee from your stores!
