Respected sir/madam,
My complaint was that the program deleted some .exe files that my Windows program said that it could not find anymore. On my other issue was with another computer, I was trying to restore it back and all this program disk would do was to boot up and no was no repair or restore, which I can do with my system boot disk.\r\n\r\nI filled out a complaint form on their web site that I had with their product on 01/19/2012.\r\nThey iolo.com sent a response back to me on 01/20/2012.\r\nI have sent to them everyday since then a copy of my receipt. I sent it in a zip file and a zip folder and sent a fax (323.257.8885)of this same receipt to them.\r\nIn all of this I have not receive a RMA.\r\nIn their requirements the software return is suppose to be physically with them in 30 days.\r\nSo now it would be impossible to return according to their polciy.\r\nI can\\\\t tell if they\\\\re lame or just cowards..But definitely bad and arrogant customer service.
