Individual who was promoting the OAN Services implied it was required. I have thought all this time it was from AT&T and a necessary function. My daughter was questioning my bill. Can it be stopped?. It is difficult to contact an agent . Is this a reason why I cannot access any of my messages when trying to call At & T to retrieve them? Thank you.
