Instant Tax Service Lies And Swindlers Complaints

Respected sir/madam,
They run these fake ads on the radio and TV about EVERYONE gets approved up to $1000, that is a lie...I was in the store with about 20 people and NO-ONE received over $100. And then they told me that my fees for filing with them would be $250, That is a LIE TOO...they charged me OVER $600 to file my taxes!!! When I went to pickup the check they had an office full of people that were NOT happy with their fees!!! I thought that the cops were going to have to be called to restore peace in that store. They have false advertising and are SCAMMERS!!! I would not suggest that ANYONE use their services. You can get the exact same service at H & R Block and they only charge $150. I think we all should get together with a lawyer and see if there is anything that we can do about the false advertisement and just BAD Standards of Operation!!!

I was told that if I had direct deposit that my money would be in my account on Feb 1 and it wasn't i called to find out why and they told me that I wont recieve my money until Feb 7th,I feel like i payed way to much money to get my money back faster,what there doing is baiting you with that RAL chargeing you for it and then fileing your taxes electronicly,I could have bought turbo tax and done the same thing and had my money back just as fast,I feel like they should refund peoples money back,I was charged over $600 to do my taxes,I would like to see a class action lawsuit against this company for the way they lied about everything
