I was called by the company asking me if I wanted to receive a grant to return to college for a doctoral degree . The young lady ask me series of questions that I believed were to determine my eligibility for a grant to include financially and on 1/27/2012 I found I had been charged $59.95 for a service pertaining to receiving a grant, that I already told the young lady I was not interested in.
