I have been a customer since early dec. ST has managed to rip me off twice. they have a policy if you add thirty days buy buying a card and you call while you still have days they delete any days left. and start over (lost 22 days service) called and they agreed to fix and my phone showed they extra 30 days. all of a sudden they dropped the me to zero where the original dates ended. in addition they charged my credit card when i had days left. i removed my card from their files but still lost approx. $60 in less than 2 months. talking with customer service is a waste . they have no authority to do anything,
